Q: How can I return my purchase?
A: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund up to 365 days from the purchase date. Returns must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: How long will my refund take to process?
A: It can take approximately four to five business days for your return to reach the Noblag Fulfillment Center. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise (usually by 72 hours after receipt), a refund will be automatically applied within two days to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Q: Can out-of-stock items be backordered?
A: Unfortunately we can’t back order any out-of-stock items. If an item you ordered is out of stock, our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you’d like a replacement item. Out-of-stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
